The City of Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department has 31 parks, 2 community centers, a senior center, aquatic center, wildlife sanctuary, nature center, skate park, and dog park.

Our mission is to provide parks and recreation facilities which provide places for the residents of the community to learn, play, and to preserve the natural resources and beauty of the City of Palm Bay.

In addition to running and maintaining the facilities listed above, we also organize and host several special events for the community throughout the year including, Fun Friday by the Bay, Movies in the Park, Hook Kids on Fishing, Breakfast with the Bunny, Independence Day Celebration, Fall Fest, Holiday Parade, Breakfast with Santa, and more.

Movie in the Park Events

We will be hosting several movie in the park events this summer.  We will be practicing physical distancing at the events by allowing patrons to watch the movies from a physically distanced green space in the lawn.  There will be a limited amount of spaces available for each movie, so pre-registration is required.  Registration is FREE, but required in order to limit the crowd size at each event.
