Advises and assists City Council, City Manager and City staff in constructing, extending and expanding water utility systems and wastewater utility systems within the City of Palm Bay.

Membership Requirements:

  • Resident
  • Registered voter
  • Special talents, credentials, or experience which will be useful in the review and recommendation of utilities
  • 3 members required to be current customers of the City's utility system

Maximum Number of Members:
Consist of five (5) members appointed by each Council seat.

Length of Term:
4 years

Utilities Administration, 250 Osmosis Drive, SE, Palm Bay

Meeting Day/Time:
4th Thursday of each month, 6:30 p.m.
