- Resident of the City for at least one (1) year or Owner of a business within City of Palm Bay for at least one (1) year with valid business tax receipt.
- Registered voter
- Required to have background in budgeting, accounting, finance, auditing, business ownership or related experience training.
Maximum Number of Members:
Consist of seven (7) members; five (5) appointed by Council; two (2) at-large citizens; and two (2) ex-officio.
