As an incentive for utilizing the automatic bank draft feature, an annual credit of $18 will be applied to your account after 12 months of uninterrupted bank drafting.
Upon enrollment, your bank account is drafted for the amount of your monthly utility bill. Your bill statement will display "Bank Draft - Do Not Pay". Your billing statement will reflect the dollar amount and the due date the funds will be withdrawn from your bank.

If at anytime you would like to terminate your automatic bank draft contact Customer Service to request a Termination of Automatic Debit Form. Termination from this program will occur once your bank has processed the current water/sewer bill.
Walk-In Payments can be made in person at the City Hall Annex Building. Please provide your payment stub when paying in person. Cash payments are only accepted when paying in person. We accept no responsibility for cash payments lost in the mail or placed in a drop box.
