The City of Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department has announced new operating hours for both the Ted Whitlock Community Center, 1951 Malabar Rd NW, and the Tony Rosa Community Center, 1502 Port Malabar Blvd NE.  Beginning on Sunday, January 12, both community centers will be open Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

“Sundays have been added to allow our citizens to utilize the centers on the weekends when more people have free time for recreation,” said Andrew Dimmig, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Parks & Recreation Department.  “We are hoping to give families more time to enjoy our centers together.”

Please call either center for up-to-date open gym hours & programs.  The Ted Whitlock Community Center can be reached at (321) 952-3231.  The Tony Rosa Community Center’s number is (321) 952-3443.
