Precautionary Boil Water Notice Issued for Banks Street & Jupiter Boulevard NW

TO:  Residents of Palm Bay, Brevard County, Florida, located at the following addresses:

  • 761-896 Banks Street NW
  • 1064-1194 Essen Avenue NW
  • 798 Pampas Street NW
  • 796-797 Norse Street NW
  • 796-797 Munich Street NW
  • 623 Jupiter Boulevard NW
  • 1189 Dusseldorf Avenue NW
  • 899 Custer Street NW
  • 773 Elmont Street NW

On Wednesday, November 6, 2019 water service to utilities customers at the above-mentioned addresses will be shut down due to work being completed by contractor.  Service to these areas will  be shut down at approximately 8:00 a.m. and will be restored when work is complete.

Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled.  A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient.  Bottled water may be used as an alternative.

This “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.  Affected customers will be notified immediately once the boil water notice has been lifted.
