Trunk-or-Treat Providers Needed for Fall Fest Event

Post Date:10/01/2019 3:28 PM
The City of Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department will host their Annual Fall Fest on Saturday, October 26 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Fred Poppe Regional Park, 1951 Malabar Rd NW, in Palm Bay.  Fall Fest will include a traditional Trunk-or-Treat event where residents, groups, businesses, or organizations decorate their vehicles, or a 10’x10’ space, with a festive theme and pass out goodies to children who will “Trunk-or-Treat” from car to car.

The Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department is looking for residents, groups, businesses, and organizations to set up trunk-or-treat stations at the event. Prizes will be awarded to best trunks as selected by the public.  Participants will help provide a safe, fun way for children and families to enjoy Halloween!

Fall Fest will also include vendors, food, hayrides, kids’ zone, inflatables, a costume contest, and a movie in the park featuring Hotel Transylvania 3 at sunset.

For more info on hosting a trunk-or-treat space, please call the Ted Whitlock Community Center at (321) 952-3231 or email PlayPalmBay@PBFL.org.
