Precautionary Boil Water Notice Issued for Heartwellville St NW

PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE

TO:  Residents of Palm Bay, Brevard County, Florida, located at the following addresses:

  • 1630 – 1897 Heartwellville St NW
  • 880 & 892 Ave NW
  • 827-899 Delano Ave NW
  • 101 Hays St NW
  • 1602 Hawksbill St NW
  • 1601-1602 Glenridge St NW

On Tuesday, August 6, 2019, water service to utilities customers at the above-mentioned addresses will be shut down for Public Works Contractor. Service to these customers will be shut down at approximately 8:00 a.m. and will be restored once all work is complete. 

Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled.  A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient.  Bottled water may be used as an alternative.

This “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.  Affected customers will be notified immediately once the boil water notice has been lifted.
