Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Port Malabar Rd.
Effective July 8, 2019
PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE
TO: Residents of Palm Bay, Brevard County, Florida, located at the following addresses:
- 1407 Salem St NE
- 909 & 993 Waialae Cir NE
- 396-661 Port Malabar Blvd
- 1405-1494 Doral Ct NE
- 1400-1496 Scepter Ct NE
On Monday, July 8, 2019, water service to utilities customers at the above-mentioned addresses was shut down due to service line running under road is leaking. Service to these customers was shut down at approximately 9:00 a.m. and will be restored once all work is complete.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. Bottled water may be used as an alternative.
This “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. Affected customers will be notified immediately once the boil water notice has been lifted.
