The Palm Bay Utilities Department has developed a Policies, Procedures & Standards Handbook for contractors, developers, etc. that may need specific details and information regarding the standard guidelines for our system. The information in this document along with the City of Palm Bay Land Development Code is intended to provide minimum standards for approving design and construction of water, wastewater and reclaim facilities, transmission, collection and distribution systems.
