Regulatory Requirements

The Utilities Department must fulfill certain regulations and requirements when providing services to our citizens.  The EMS identifies those regulations and requirements affecting our significant environmental aspects and ensures that the regulations and requirements are considered during the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the EMS.
