Strategic Plan

The Utilities Department has successfully developed a strategic plan to provide the organization with planning and operational direction through the year 2011. The planning process involved identifying departmental priorities and opportunities to improve services.  The strategic plan outlines goals to effectively serve the community and to improve the organization.
