Marriage Licenses

To apply for a marriage license, applications must go to a Brevard County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Both applicants also must provide either their social security, naturalization, immigration or passport number. If previously married, you must know the date of when the marriage ended. There is a three-day waiting period for Florida residents unless a hardship is declared or the premarital course was completed. There is no waiting period for nonresidents. Call (321) 637-5413 or log on to www.brevardclerk.us for more information.
