Sidewalks

Sidewalks provide us with a safe location to walk or ride our bikes along our busy roads.  We understand your frustration when a sidewalk becomes unuasable or even unsafe, forcing you to place yourself in further danger by either having to navigate close to or even into the road itself to continue on your way.

As many of our long time residents know, sidewalks are relatively new to rural Palm Bay, and many more are being constructed each day, adding to the miles that currently exist.  Sidewalks have been placed on a rotating schedule of inspection.  However, it is possible that the sidewalk that was inspected yesterday and found to be fine could be damaged or unusable today.  Without you letting us know what has happened, we would not know of the damage until it came up again in the inspection rotation.  We depend on you to let us know.

You can contact our Customer Service Department by calling 321-952-3438, sending us an email, or by submitting an online Service Request.
