The Jupiter Boulevard SW Reconstruction and Paving Project is broken up into sections of roadway.  The two sections that are currently being reconstructed and paved are Malabar Road SW to Garvey Road SW, and Garvey Road SW to Minton Road SW.

On Thursday, December 20, 2007, the Palm Bay City Council approved the utilization of City of Palm Bay Contracts for Road Reconstruction and Asphalt Paving to segments of Jupiter Boulevard from San Filippo Drive to Emerson Drive NW and the purchase of asphalt to complete paving of Jupiter Boulevard and the remaining segments of Emerson Drive NE that have not been recently paved pursuant to the November 29, 2007 Workshop, utilizing The Miller Group, Inc. contract awarded on November 16, 2006 and the APAC Southeast contract awarded on November 2, 2006.
