The Engineering Division provides technical support to all departments. This includes engineering studies, conceptual plans, design services, permitting services, contract administration and construction management. These services are provided for City projects such as roadway and intersection improvements, parks, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, utilities and other public facilities.

The Engineering Division is also responsible for stormwater management programs as well as floodplain determinations/permits within the City.

The Engineering Division also pursues grant funding to implement public infrastructure projects. Grants have been acquired for many of the City's drainage, landscaping and bicycle/pedestrian projects. For further information or questions, please Email us.
