The City of Palm Bay, Public Works Department has implemented and maintains an enhanced customer service program for drainage, sign maintenance, pothole repair and other maintenance service requests. We have a 24 hour service request line (answered by machine during non-working hours). Our goals are:
- Return phone calls within 24 hours maximum, same day return call for most calls.
- Site visit (if necessary) within 3 working days.
- Follow-up phone call within 3 working days
