Question: What do I do if online incident reporting is not right for me?
Answer: If your incident is an emergency, call 911. If non-emergency call the Palm Bay Police Department at: 321-952-3542.

Question: What if this happened in another city can I file a report using this online police citizen reporting system?
Answer: No, If a crime took place outside of the City of Palm Bay Police Department please call the police department for that city or the Sheriif's Department if the incident occurred in the county outside of any city limits.

Question: What is a known suspect?
Answer: A known suspect is when you, or someone else, knows the person, or where to find the person, who committed the crime or if you have a license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.

Question: What do I do if the suspect is known?
Answer: If you know or can describe the suspect in detail you will need to contact Palm Bay PD at: 321-952-3542 so we can report this information and attempt to find the person(s) who committed the crime. Also, if you were able to obtain the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) were in.

Question: How can I file an online police citizen report if I do not have a computer?
Answer: You can go to a your Public Library and use their computer or you can come to the Palm Bay Police Department at: 120 SE Malabar Rd. and utilize the Kiosk System within the City Hall or the Police Department lobby, or you can request to be transferred to one of our volunteer staff that can enter the report for you, if you are unable to travel to one of the above locations discussed above.
