Park facility reservations

Parks and Recreation has a variety of rental facilities available when not in use for programs and events. Reservations are first-come, first-served basis and are generally accepted up to one year in advance.

The Community Center and Captain's House are not available for rent on City holdiays or selected dates of citywide events.  Pavilions are available for rent on all holidays.

All renters are subject to pre-approval. Contracts are required for all rentals. Call the Community Center at (321) 952- 3443 for more information.

Large Pavilion Rentals (Inspiration, McGriff, Goode, Liberty, West Oaks, Fred Lee, Madden, and Vet's) are $75 a day plus tax for Palm Bay Residents, and $115 a day plus tax for Non-Residents. Electric service (where available) is an additional $15 plus tax for Residents and $20 plus tax for Non-Residents.  Pavilions are available 7 days a week from 9am - 8pm

Standard Pavilion Rentals (Castaways, Driskell, Oakwood, Oakview, Victoria, Riviera, Knecht, and Lynbrook) are $50 a day plus tax for Residents, and $75 a day plus tax for Non-Residents. The same electric fees apply. Pavilions are available 7 days a week from 9am - 8pm

Ball Field Rentals must be approved by the Athletic Supervisor. Our ball fields are kept very busy during the season and you should get your reservations in as early as possible! Rentals are $25 per hour plus tax for Palm Bay Residents, and $50 per hour plus tax for Non-Residents. The use of field lights is an additional $25 per hour plus tax for Residents, and $45 per hour plus tax for Non-Residents.

The Captain's House at 1300 Bianca Dr. NE is a beautiful venue overlooking Turkey Creek with plenty of parking, a large dock and boat ramp - almost tailor-made for a Wedding or Graduation Party. Get your reservation in early for this special facility. A  $200 security deposit is required at time of contract. The rental fee is a flat rate of $325 plus tax for up to 8 hours for Palm Bay Residents, and $600 plus tax for Non-Residents. Additional hours are $40 plus tax each. Deposits may take three weeks for refund.

The Captain's House is Available:

The Palm Bay Community Center is located at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd. NE and offeres The Banquet Room and The Gymnasium for rent.

The Banquet Room requires a $200 deposit at the time of contract.The rental fee is a flat rate of $325 plus tax for up to 8 hours for Palm Bay Residents, and $600 plus tax for Non-Residents. Additional hours are $40 plus tax each. A Half Day rental (4 hours) is also available for $200 plus tax for Palm Bay Residents, and $400 plus tax for Non-Residents. Please call for meeting hourly rates, which are granted only on a case by case basis.

The Banquet Room is Available:

• Monday - Thursday                   1pm - 9pm
• Friday                                     1pm - 12am
• Saturday and Sunday               9am - 12am

 

 

The Gymnasium also requires a $200 deposit at time of contract. A full day rental is $780 plus tax for Residents, and $1200 plus tax for Non-Residents. A half day rental is $520 plus tax for Residents, and $825 plus tax for Non-Residents. Please call for hourly rates, which are granted only on a case by case basis.

The Gym is Available:
