Park facility reservations

Parks and Recreation has a variety of rental facilities that are available when not in use for programs and events. Reservations are first-come, first-served basis and are generally accepted one year in advance. All renters are subject to pre-approval. Contracts are required for all rentals.

The Captain's House at 1300 Bianca Dr. NE is a beautiful venue overlooking Turkey Creek with plenty of parking, a large dock and boat ramp - almost tailor-made for a Wedding or Graduation Party. Get your reservation in early for this special facility. A  $200.00 security deposit is required at time of contract. The rental fee is $250.00 plus tax for 8 hours for Palm Bay Residents, and $400.00 plus tax for Non-Residents. Additional hours are $30.00 each. Deposits may take three weeks for refund. Large Pavilion Rentals (Goode, Liberty, West Oaks, Inspiration, and McGriff) are $55.00 a day plus tax for Palm Bay Residents, and $75.00 a day plus tax for Non-Residents. Electric service is an additional $15.00 for Residents and $20.00 for Non-Residents where available. Small Pavilion Rentals are $15.00 an hour plus tax for Residents, and $25.00 an hour plus tax for Non-Residents. The same electric fees apply. Call (321) 952- 3443 for more information.

Ball Field Rentals must be approved by the Athletic Supervisor.

Our ball fields are kept very busy during the season and you should get your reservations in as early as possible! A $100.00 security deposit is required at time of contract. Rentals are $15.00. per hour plus tax for Palm Bay Residents, and $25.00 per hour plus tax for Non-Residents. The Palm Bay Community Center is the only facility of its type in Palm Bay, and it has undergone extensive upgrades and remodeling. Located at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd. NE the Center is home to numerous fitness and enrichment classes as well as community cultural events and camps. Of course, a visit to the Community Center also means an easy visit to the Grafitti Skate Park, the Palm Bay Public Library, and the Turkey Creek Preserve and Margaret Hames Nature Center. The Banquet Room requires a $200.00 deposit at the time of contract.The rental fee is $250.00 plus tax for 8 hours for Palm Bay Residents, and $400.00 plus tax for Non-Residents. Additional hours are $30.00 each.The Gymnasium also requires a $200.00 deposit at time of contract. A full day rental is $600.00 plus tax for Residents, and $800.00 plus tax for Non-Residents.
