This 200-acre regional park is home to the Palm Bay Soccer Club, and Brevard Caribbean American Sports and Cultural Association. Four lakes attract fishermen, and rustic group camping is available by permit for organized youth groups. Facilities include athletic fields, basketball and volleyball courts, restrooms, picnic area, playground, pavilion with 3 grills, bicycle/walking trail and fishing deck. Completed Parks Referendum Project improvements include softball and baseball fields, restroom / concession / meeting room buildings, a dog park and restroom, youth camping area, additional lakes, 2 playgrounds, benches, and pavilion. Construction of the 18,000 sq. ft. community center / gymnasium, and a pavilion with restroom / concession / dressing room (Cricket facility) will commence in early 2008.
