The Palm Bay Community Center is the only facility of its type in the City, and has long been the center of recreational activity in the area. It offers a full-size gym with two basketball courts, a large mezzanine for fitness and other classes, two large multi-use rooms as well as a weight room, a game room, a cardio room, and two racquetball courts. The Community Center forms a quadrangle park at 1502 Port Malabar Blvd. NE with the Grafitti Skate Zone, the Palm Bay Public Library and Turkey Creek Preserve.
Fees are very reasonable, and are varied for residents and non-residents of Palm Bay. Annual memberships are as follows:

*Family memberships are for up to five members with a limit of two adults over 18, and three children 17 and under within the same household. Additional household members may be added with a $15 fee for each.

Active City employees are $5 annually.
Active City Police and Fire employees are free, as are active Military.
Palm Bay Community Center Policy states that all nonmembers pay a guest fee due to liability reasons, except when participating in classes or programs.
Guest fees are non-refundable. Guests under the age of 9 must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian over the age of 17 and must wear wristbands in order to be recognized. Directly supervised means the parent or guardian is participating in the same activity as the child.
No one under the age of 14 is allowed to use the weight room without the direct supervision of a parent or guardian over the age of 17. Guests between the ages of 14 and 17 must have a waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian to use the weight room.
All guests must sign in prior to using the facilities.
