Youth Fitness Programs

 

Jazzercise Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:45pm-6:45pm and Saturdays from 9:15am-10:15am for ages 12 and up. Get a great workout while learning the latest dance styles. Your first class is free!

Certified Jazzercise Instructor: Tracey Price

$8 per class or $32 per month

      

Palm Bay Boxing Club is held Monday through Friday from 4:30pm-6:30pm for ages 8 to 34. All registration and fees are handled through U.S. Boxing. A $5.00 ID card must also be purchased to enter the Community Center for boxing. Supervised and managed by certified boxing coaches.

Senior Fitness Programs

 

Devotion in Motion Classes are held every Thursday from 4pm-5pm. This continuous class helps improve muscle tone, cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, flexibility, and the effects of osteoporosis. There is no fee to attend this class!

Easy Does It Aerobics Classes, which are geared toward seniors, are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9am. Special rates are also available for 10-class and 20-class Punch Cards.

$4 per class Members; $5 per class Non-Members

Tai Chi for Seniors Classes are held every Thursday from 2pm-3pm. Participants are asked to wear white attire. There is no fee to attend this class.

Adult Fitness Programs

 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes are held for ages 13 and up on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm, and Saturdays from 12pm-2pm. Jiu Jitsu is a ground-fighting art that includes techniques for smaller and weaker opponents to defeat larger and stronger opponents. Women may find this class very useful for self-defense.

$70 per month for Members; $80 per month for Non-Members

Devotion in Motion Classes are held every Tuesday from 4pm-5pm.This class improves muscle tone, cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Easy-Does-It Aerobics Classes are held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9am. This class is a low-impact workout to increase strength and flexibility as well as cardio fitness. Ask about purchasing a punch card for discounts!

Pilates Classes are held every Thursday from 6:00pm-7:00pm. The Pilates Method is a program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength, and tones your body through physical and mental conditioning. All fitness levels are welcome!

Yoga Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am-10:30am. Exercise your mind, body, and spirit while iimproving your flexibility, strength, and overall physical condition! Ask about purchasing a punch card for discounts!
