The Information & Innovations Team for the City of Palm Bay are continually striving to provide a more efficient service for the citizens of Palm Bay. We are unrelenting in our search for new and efficient ways to improve the quality of life in the City by making government easily accessible through the use of technology.
One of the ways we have increased citizen services is by offering more convenient choices. For example, utility customers have several options to pay their utility bill, including; online using the Internet, on the telephone by calling our automated system, through direct debit to their checking account, or by coming to City Hall.
To continue to offer the best services we need your help. Twice a year the City of Palm Bay will host a citizen focus group specifically concentrating on technology services. The focus group will brainstorm innovative ideas and solicit ideas from you on service delivery. If you would like to join us and share your ideas we would love to have you.
