Participates in the planning and direction of the department in order to ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective network systems and efficient computer operations that will meet current and future requirements. Forecast, direct and monitor Network Operations Division budget.  Responsible for supervision of Network Operations Division staff.

Install, configure and maintain the City's network. Design and support server systems and supporting software. Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting.

John Wilson, Network PC Support Technician

Configure and setup new personal computers, printers and scanners. Maintain, trouble shoot, repair and inventory PC’s, printers, scanners and other peripherals.  Assist users in solving software related problems.
