Mike Moran, Division Manager

Responsible for planning and managing new technology related projects. Forecast, direct and monitor program budget and serve as primary customer contact for program information.  Responsible for supervision of Application Services and Support Services Division staff.

Tim Angier, Senior Systems Analyst

Create, maintain, and modify software applications on the IBM AS400 system, including HTE, PTFs and backups.  Maintain the hardware aspects of the IBM AS400.  Provide user support for all HTE applications.

Ralph Goodwin, Business Systems Anaylst

Responsible for researching, planning and recommending software and systems choices to meet an organization's business requirements. Develop cost analyses, design considerations, implementation timelines, and feasibility studies of a computer system before making recommendations to senior management.

Paul Kachmaryk, Database Administrator

Responsible for technically supporting multiple databases that run city-wide business applications which are accessed by multiple departments. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the database system; establishing policies and procedures pertaining to the management, security, maintenance, and use of the database management system; and training employees in database management and use.

Stacy LaVanture, Web Administrator

Develops and maintains City’s Internet and Intranet websites.  Oversees, department liaisons which are responsible for updating web content through the use of content management software.
