CPP & hearing sign procedures
The guidelines below are the procedures for the Board of Adjustment and Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency cases that require hearing signs to be posted and/or Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) meetings to occur. Board applications will indicate if a hearing sign and/or CPP meeting is required.
