The Land Development Division assigns all addresses for the City of Palm Bay and coordinates addressing and street naming with the E-911 System at Brevard County.  The City’s address grid is centered at the intersection of Malabar Road and Minton Road, near the center of the City.  Addresses are assigned based on the roadway that the front door of the building faces.  Addresses are required to be posted on the building and must be at least 3 inches high and 1/2 inch wide, in a contrasting color from the building.
