We are responsible for enforcement of the Palm Bay Code of Ordinances and the Florida Building Code. Charged with maintenance of the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations. Includes building permits, development reviews, address assignment, annexation, zoning, impact fees, floodplain permitting, and site plan review. |
