Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

On June 25, 2009, the City of Palm Bay Florida Housing and Neighborhood Development Services Division (HANDS) submitted a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant Funds under Title III of Division B of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, to undertake a project known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program for the purpose of purchase and/or rehabilitation of up to 45 units of housing with approximately $5.2 million dollars of Neighborhood Stabilization funds in the (AGN) Areas of Greatest Need located within the City of Palm Bay, Brevard County Florida.
