The Housing and Neighborhood Services Division strives to provide a better quality of life for residents by administering the following programs: Community Development Block Grant; HOME Investment Partnership; and the State Housing Initiative Partnership.
Classes for “start-up” and existing businesses are also offered as part of a technical training program which covers all aspects of running a business. Entrepreneurs may begin the training the first Tuesday of the month. Classes run from January through November.
