Palm Bay Homebuying Opportunity

The City of Palm Bay Housing and Neighborhood Development Services Division (HANDS) submitted a request to the U.S. department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under Title III of Division B of the Housing and Economic recovery Act of 2008, to undertake a project known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program. Under this program, they City has acquired approximately 45 foreclosed homes. We have renovated many of them and are now making them available for purchase. More Information

The City of Palm Bay’s Fair Housing Ordinance, the Florida Fair Housing Act and the Federal Fair Housing Act make it illegal for anyone to refuse to rent, sell or make a housing loan to you because of the following factors: Race or Color, National Origin, Religion, Gender, Familial Status – including children under the age of 18 living with their parents or legal custodians; pregnant women; and people securing custody of children under eighteen year of age; or Handicap (disability).
