Board of adjustments and appeals
ESTABLISHMENT:
The Board of Adjustments and Appeals is established as the Board to hear all appeals pertaining to the interpretation by City officials of the construction, fire, and electrical codes adopted by the city.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals shall be to provide for the final interpretation of the provisions of all the construction, fire, and electrical codes adopted by the City, whenever it is claimed that the true intent and meaning of any provisions of such codes have been wrongly interpreted by a City Official.
