Water Master Plan

The Water Master Plan for the Palm Bay Utilities Department gives an overview of the City’s existing water system and details potential future improvements.  Through the collection and analysis of data, recommendations were made for system improvements.  Community Investment Projects (CIP) have also been identified to meet the future water demands for the City.

Wastewater Master Plan

The Palm Bay Utilities Department has recently updated its Wastewater Master Plan to provide an overview of the existing wastewater infrastructure and to identify the Community Investment Projects (CIPs) associated with meeting the City's future wastewater service needs.  Please click on the link below to review the complete Wastewater Master Plan.

Water Conservation and Reuse Master Plan

The Reuse Master Plan for the City of Palm Bay provides information that will assist the Utilities Department in planning for existing and future reclaimed water needs of the community.  The Reuse Water Master Plan provides a five-year and ten-year Community Investment Program (CIP) that will serve as an integral tool in achieving the goals of further development of the City's reclaimed water system and enhancement of water conservation efforts as addressed in the Utilities' Strategic Plan.
