Waste Management Holiday ScheduleThe City of Palm Bay transitioned to an automated cart program on October 1, 2010. Each residential customer receives a 64-gallon cart for garbage (teal lid) and one 64-gallon cart for single stream recycling (yellow lid). Garbage, recycling and yard waste will be collected once weekly as part of your regular collection service. In alignment with the established statewide recycling goal of 75% by the year 2020, the City of Palm Bay in partnership with Waste Management strive to reduce the amount of household waste by recycling.  However, residential customers can rent an additional cart by contacting Customer Service for $0.50 per month per cart.
