Geocaching is a popular pastime that you can do alone or with friends and family. Enjoy the outdoors, discover new places and see where geocaching will take you!
Caches are hidden in public places such as parks, and you use GIS mapping technology to find the map coordinates and locate the cache. Our geocaching name is Park Hounds and you can find caches we have hidden by searching the name Park Hounds or entering a Palm Bay zip code on the geocaching.com website.
A typical cache is a small waterproof container with a logbook where the geocacher enters the date they found it and signs it with their established code name. Caches often contain small trinkets of no monetary value, if you take something from a cache please replace it with a similar item. And always return the cache to the same spot where you found it so other geocachers can find it
