The City of Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department will be celebrating National Park & Recreation Month in July.

Since 1985, Americans have celebrated Park and Recreation Month in July to promote the importance of parks and recreation in health and wellness, conservation and social equity, and to recognize the thousands of park and recreation employees that maintain our nation’s local and community parks.

The City of Palm Bay is joining in the celebration by challenging everyone to get “gnarly” with us as we celebrate all things 80’s, from music to movies.  Mark your calendar for these free events , Skate Jam on July 11 at Liberty Park; Concert in the Park on July 18 at Goode Park featuring Hot Pink; and Movies in the Park on July 24 at City Hall on the lawn with the movie “Back to the Future”. Click on the links below for more details.
