                                                       CITY OF PALM BAY, FLORIDA
                                                       NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


Notice is hereby given that City Council of the City of Palm Bay will hold a public hearing on December 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road, SE, Palm Bay, Florida to consider application requesting vacation of the following described properties:

                                                     Case No. Vacating Easement -11-2015

Vacation of easement is requested to vacate an approximate 14 ‘ X 27’ (378 sq. feet) portion of existing Public Utility and Drainage easement for an existing pool in lot 7, Block 54, Port Malabar Unit #4 as recorded in ORB 14, pages 18-23 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.

 

                                                     Case No. Vacating Easement -10-2015

Vacation of easement is requested to vacate an approximate 14.374.80 sq. feet portion of existing Public Utility and Drainage easement for a proposed 40 unit condominium project in between lots 20 thru 24, on Block B of Pinehurst subdivision as recorded in ORB 25, page 132 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.


If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by City Council with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, a record of the proceedings will be required and the individual will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (FS 286.0105). Such person must provide a method for recording the proceedings verbatim.

Notice is hereby given that City Council of the City of Palm Bay will hold a public hearing on January 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road, SE, Palm Bay, Florida to consider application requesting vacation of the following described properties:   

                                                     Case No. Vacating Easement -1-2016

 Vacation of easement is requested to vacate an approximate 5’ foot X 38’ foot portion of  the existing 10’ foot Public Utility and Drainage easement for a proposed pool in the PUD-Planned Unit Development and located on Lot 133, Sandy Pines Preserves Phase III as recorded in ORB 46, pages 79 & 80 of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida.

 

If an individual decides to appeal any decision made by City Council with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, a record of the proceedings will be required and the individual will need to ensure that a verbatim transcript of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (FS 286.0105).  Such person must provide a method for recording the proceedings verbatim.
