The Planning and Zoning Board/Local Planning Agency conducts hearings and makes recommendations to City Council in regards to requests for proposed changes in the land development regulations (rezoning, conditional uses), proposed subdivisions, and revisions to the comprehensive plan. Requires filing of Statement of Financial Interests with Brevard County Supervisor of Elections. Board consists of nine (9) residents of City for at least one (1) year; an appointee by the Brevard County School Board; and an appointee by the Patrick Air Force Base. More
