a member of our staff.  We also ask that you review the Connection Payment Agreement
     prior to your appointment.

5 - Get Connected to the System.  Applicants may choose to take advantage of the City's
      Water Connection
Incentive Program (WCIP) for no additional cost or hire a licensed
      plumber to complete the connection.

  • Water Connection Incentive Program (WCIP) - With this program, utilities staff will complete the connection from the meter to the home at no additional cost up to 75 feet.  If the length of line exceeds 75 feet, a unit   cost of $5.59/ft. will be applied to the remaining length.  Please complete  and sign this agreement in the presence of a notary. Utilities Customer Service has several Notary Publics on staff for your convenience.
  • You can also choose to use a Licensed/Insured Plumber to make the installation to your home, or as a homeowner you can perform the work yourself.  The plumber or homeowner would be responsible for obtaining the appropriate permit, installation, and coordination of inspection with the City's Building Department.   [MORE INFO]
