Your utility billing schedule is based on the services that you currently have through the City.
Please see below:
- WATER/SEWER ACCOUNTS are billed monthly. These bills also include stormwater and sanitation costs. These accounts are billed based on "cycles". On the top of your bill there is a notation of each customer's cycle and route (i.e., Cycle-Route 01-28). See Example.
- STORMWATER/SANITATION ACCOUNTS are billed quarterly. These accounts are typically for residents who are not connected to the city water and sewer system.
- STORMWATER ONLY ACCOUNTS are billed annually. These accounts are for owners of vacant parcels who do not have sanitation or water/sewer services.
Annual bills are mailed in October of each year for service provided October 1 through September 30.
