Function:

Advises and assist the City Council, City Manager and City Staff in matters relating to prioritizing expenditures of funds for local road maintenance and reconstruction projects.  Will develop a  multi-year planning strategy for local maintenance and reconstruction.

Other requests relating to local road maintenance from the City Council and/or staff.

Membership Requirements:

City Resident
Registered Voter
No official of the City or employee of the city may be appointed as member

Maximum Number of Members:

Consist of seven (7) members appointed by Council; each Council seat shall appoint one (1) member.  The remaining two (2) members' positions shall be considered at-large.

Length of Terms:

4 years
