Effective June 27, 2011 Waste Management will only pick-up garbage that is in a City issued cart. All residents should have their carts by this time.

WM CartThe City of Palm Bay now has a garbage and recycling collection cart program. Each customer will receive one 64-gallon cart for garbage and one 64-gallon cart for recycling. Garbage and recyclables will be collected once weekly on the day indicated on the cart that is delivered to each home. Residents can request one additional garbage cart at a charge of 40-cents per month. However, it is possible to reduce the amount of household waste by recycling. Learn More

To terminate or suspend your account contact customer service at 321-952-3420 and arrange to have your carts picked up. There will be a charge to restore service.

Billing is handled by the City instead of Waste Management and residents are billed on their utility bill. This eliminates multiple billing and translates into a cost savings for the user.
