'Get Connected' Residential Service Online application
The attached form should only be used by homeowners who are wishing to transition from a private water well to the City's municipal water system to satisfy their drinking water needs. We will review your request and respond to you as soon
as possible during our regularly scheduled working hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday - Friday. We will not proceed with your request until we have made
contact with you to confirm the details of the service connection. Read FAQs
To establish utility
service, per City code you must satisfy the deposit requirement by either paying
deposits, or requesting a credit screening (a $5 fee applies) which may result
in the deposits being waived or reduced.

A lien will be placed on the property if an account
in the owner’s name remains unpaid. Monthly Base Facility Charges and
penalties will continue to accrue on the account after service has been
discontinued and a lien is recorded. |

Right to terminate: Owners may
terminate this application by delivering written notice of termination to the City no later than three (3) business
days after execution of this application to have all non-refundable fees
refunded. |

Delinquent accounts that continue to go unpaid are reported to a
Collection Agency. |

A copy of your closing statement or lease is required *(within 15 days of application submittal) |

A copy of your Driver’s License is required *(within 15 days of application submittal) |

There is a processing fee for paying
with a credit card by our payment vendor. |

Deposits/fees paid via checks that are returned unpaid, will
result in immediate service interruption without further notice. |

Required Information (*) not received after 30
days from date of application may result in service being
