Our Customer Service Office establishes and closes accounts, collects payments, and can assist with the purchase of additional carts for trash collection services.

Stormwater that flows from your property places a demand on the pipes, ditches, and canals needed to carry it to the Indian and St. Johns Rivers.This system of infrastructure is costly for the City to operate and maintain. The stormwater fee ($4.47/monthly) that is charged to all residents is dedicated to the proper management of the stormwater system.
