Payment options
Online: Pay or view your water/sewer bill over the Internet using your credit card. You will need to register first in order to pay online. Click here to register or if you have already registered click to sign in.
Phone: Pay your water/sewer bill over the phone using your credit card. Call (321) 952-3420 or 1-800-952-3420.
Direct Debit Enrollment: The Direct Debit program allows you the flexibility of saving time and money by doing the work of paying your monthly utility bill on time. There’s no hassle, no postage, it’s free and most importantly, no late fees. Enroll Now!
Direct Debit Termination: Complete and return the Termination form. Termination from the direct debit program will occur once your bank has processed the current water/sewer bill.
Mail: When paying by mail, allow 7 days for your payment to be received and processed. If your payment stub is not submitted with your payment, there may be a delay in processing.
In Person: Our office is located at City Hall, 120 Malabar Rd., SE. Please be sure to bring your water/sewer bill with you when paying in person.

There are two drop boxes for "after hours" payments:

Drop box located on Franklin Drive on the east side of the building.
Please submit your check or money order and the bottom portion of your bill with your payment. Payments received at the City Hall box will be processed the following day. Payments received at the Franklin Drive box will be processed within 5-business days.
Credit Card:
We accept Discover, MasterCard Visa, and American Express payments online or in person at City Hall.
Cash Payments: Only accepted when paying in person at City Hall. We accept no responsibility for cash payments lost in the mail or placed in a drop box.
