Billing & Late Payments
Once per month you will be issued a bill that is due within fifteen (15) days from the date on the bill. Click here for Payment Options and the Rate Schedule.
- What occurs if my payment is late?
A late fee of $5.54 or 5% of your bill, whichever is greater will be added to your account if payment is not received by the due date as stated on your bill. A late notice will also be mailed to you requiring payment be made within ten (10) days of the date of the notice. Please Note, your water service will be disconnected if payment is not received within ten (10) days of the date of the notice.
- How do I get my water turned back on?
You must pay the entire balance due along with a $33.24 reconnection fee. If payment is made, your water service will be restored. Restoration can be made after 5:00 P.M. the same day, however the fee for this service is $55.40.
