Billing & Late Payments
Once per month you will be issued a bill that is due within fifteen (15) days from the date on the bill. Click here for Payment Options and the Rate Schedule. All fees are subject to change.
- What occurs if my payment is late?
A late fee of $5.00 or 5% of your bill, whichever is greater will be added to your account if payment is not received by the due date as stated on your bill. The late fee and past due information will be on your monthly bill highlighted in red. Please Note, your water service will be disconnected if payment is not received within the specified time frame noted on your bill.
- How do I get my water turned back on?
You must pay the past due balance along with the current $37.91 reconnection fee. If payment is made, your water service will be restored. If your request is made after normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) the reconnection charge is $60.14. All fees are subject to change.
- What is the rate for temporary (14-day) service?
The fee for temporary service is $18.95 each trip.
- How do I terminate service?
You must contact our office and/or submit a termination form.
There is an $18.95 fee to terminate service.
