annual live auction

The City of Palm Bay holds live public auctions once a year, typically during the month of December.  The annual sales consist typically of vehicles, heavy equipment and confiscated/forfeiture vehicles. Alternately, every-other-year, the City may include other City surplus items such as office furniture, and miscellaneous types of City supplies and equipment.  All items are sold to the highest bidder.  All property is sold “as is” and “where is”.  The City makes no warranty or guarantee to the condition, make of manufacturer, model number or operation of any unit of property.  All sales are final.  The terms of sale are cash only.
