Passport Acceptance
The City of Palm Bay is one of over 8,000 designated passport acceptance facilities located throughout the United States. Applications are accepted, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Customer Service counter located in the lobby of City Hall, 120 Malabar Road SE. (321) 952-3400, ext 3023.
Once applications are accepted at City of Palm Bay facility, they are submitted to one of thirteen regional passport agencies for issuance of the passport.
Applications and other passport forms may be picked up in advance at our office, 120 Malabar Road SE between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Applications must be signed in the presence of a customer service representative at our office when an application is filed. These forms are also available on the U.S. Department of States website: www.travel.state.gov.
