Palm Bay Fire Rescue hosted a 'Push-In' Ceremony for our new tender and fire engine on Tuesday, August 14th. The 'Push-In' Ceremony is the traditional way firefighters inaugurate a new engine while paying homage to those who preceded them. Palm Bay Fire Rescue welcomed members of the community and media to this event and took the opportunity to show off our Department's beautiful new additions.The new engine and tanker represent new equipment purchased thanks to a $760,100 Community Development Block Grant that was awarded to the city earlier this year.
