The
Development Review Team consists of representatives from various
Departments within the City of Palm Bay. The team members include YOU
and:
Economic Development
This division holds valuable information about the
Commercial, Industrial, and Residential climate within the City.
Land Development
This division will guide you through the Site Plan
Process, as well as providing Engineering, Traffic, and Planning/Zoning
reviews.
Utilities
This division will evaluate the utility needs for the
project, and provide cost estimates and availability.
Building
This division reviews the structural components of a
project, and issues Certificates of Occupancy and Certificates of
Completion.
Public Works
This division evaluates right-of-way use, driveway
permits and roadways for compliance with the City's Master Plan.
Fire Department
This division ensures that each project meets Fire Code
and is safe for the City and the public.
Business Tax Receipt
This division issues Business Tax Receipts, which are
require to gain a Certificate of Occupancy and operate a business.
