Pre Application Meeting
This meeting takes place prior to Site Plan
submission. It is intended to be a preliminary meeting to ensure
general code requirements are met.
Pre Site Work Meeting
This meeting prepares City staff and the Developer
for the first stages of ground work prior to vertical construction.
Pre Construction Meeting
This meeting gathers the contractors and staff for a
final review of construction plans to make sure development proceeds
in a timely manner.
